@mattsinger.bsky.social Wait, "suicides" were dares at your soda fountains? I used to drink them willingly pretty frequently as a kid. When I played t-ball the kids would get one free item from the concession stand after each game, most of us got "suicides" (or Sour Straws but that's another story)
