Can’t even begin to express how awesome this is! He’s truly everything you could want in a player: hard working, selfless, uplifting, and excels at his craft! Well deserved George!

I don’t know how you do this. We’re up here for a gymnastics meet for my son and this is so much more intense than Wichita.

More pieces on the line to further injury proof the line as a whole and be able to throw waves at opposing offenses. Also gives more options for strategy (loading up on run stuffers in short yd situations for instance).

I hate seeing guys lose jobs but this felt like a must. They need to nail this hire and the draft or Lynch and Shanny will both have seats that warm by the end of next year. Who makes the most sense to replace him to you Matt?

Not sure how I never noticed that. Good catch!

I lament the 49ers season of missed opportunities too Matt. I guess Brock and I have that in common.

I don’t think that’s too much to ask.

Defense came to play!

I know he probably won’t be 100% but man it’s going to be so good to see that number 57 back out there!

Yea I’m noticing that too. If Jonnydels and John Chapman would post over here I could ditch twitter for good. Until then I have to bounce back and forth. I want this to thrive.

God I hope not

I agree, the first three are probably the best. Can’t tell you how many times I’ve read End Run and Fleet Action in particular.

I’ve prepared myself for Purdy contract drama. What’s a Niners offseason without some extension drama?

You hit the nail on the head. Reid has a stud DC like Spags and it allows him the ability to not divide attention to both sides of the ball and gives KC the ability to have a defense that remains strong despite some roster turnover year to year.

You’re in for such a treat.
