Not seen any. One plot twist here seems to be that Norway may have to pay for forest "quotas" bc we're behind on LULUCF commitments. And to some extent this is bc we've exported stuff improving the importing country's accunting. Maybe the same countries now have LULUCF "quotas" to sell...

One country's imported raw materials for bioenergy is another country's logging for export, right? Meaning that f.i. Norwegian exports of wood chips or similar improves Danish climate accounting, but shows up as logging (=emissions) & thus impairing net uptake in Norway's LULUCF accounting?
