Represented Dwyrain Cymru at the Welsh inter regional XC on Saturday then another 13 miles on Sunday to bring up 239 miles for November. It’s been a disrupted training block but hopefully I’m ready for Valencia marathon next Sunday. ¡Vamos!

Had the extra pressure of wearing bib no 1 at today’s #Lliswerry8. Must’ve been lucky as I finished 18th overall in an 8 mile PB of 44:27. Great race, great organisation & fantastic support!
