By my reckoning (based on the Business Evolution Map) carbon capture as an industry is worth in the order of £10bn. Paying £264bn for that is utter insanity (even if it worked - which it doesn't)

Update. Got my single layer neocortex model to control a simulated robotic arm with just 8 neurons. Very happy about this indeed!! Very initial test but you can see the moment the network learns to control the arm and track the red square.
