After Christmas 2024 decided it was time to shed some pounds off the fat boy. No gyms no PTs...just a mat, some weights, pair of running shoes and a road bike. Plus vegan diet, delayed breakfast, very light lunch, dog walks and decent wine ;)

Recording my old 1930s Steck upright piano on a new song called 'My Love's For Sale' in my fave DAW 'Reaper'. Using a very warm sounding pair of ridiculously low priced Behringer B5s. Having control with a monitor and mouse etc on the piano is the key to getting the overdubs etc done.
