NASA's ESCAPADE twin Mars satellites will attempt to launch Nov. 9 on a Blue Origin New Glenn rocket. FAA emergency order imposes time restrictions on commercial launches Nov. 10. Blue Origin's Laura Maginnis says the company is working closely with the FAA on opportunities for exceptions if needed.
