It’s also interesting to think how the pre-recorded keynote format has also allowed this to sneak in. Obviously it’s a second order thing, but if you can’t demo it on a live stage I don’t think could be promised.

In my job we do option 1 (Rails API with Next frontend on Vercel), on my own stuff option 2 (Vite + Inertia).
