Ever wondered why Edward is my favourite character in Thomas? It was because the first steam engine I saw in person was a GNR(I) 4-4-0 being hauled by a diesel as it ran the line by my old house. It might have been 'MERLIN' or 'SLIEVE GULLION', but my god, did I love the look of the engine.

I will return to this project in due corse, but every once in a while I will share some progress on props and sets just to show what has been made that will go into the film's main production.

So I gave this prop a look over and let's just say some improvements have been made. It'll take a while, but with some care and attention, I'll have a good prop for this project to work with.

I just want folks to remember that I haven't forgotten my Branch Line Engines film project. While it will be a fun film to make, I'm sticking with The Miniature Railway Adventures for now to experiment with different filming methods and set building. Getting the look right takes time(1/2)
