Grammy-nominated guitarist of the “indie rock supergroup” Tall Poppy Syndrome.
Rehearsing with Dave Davies at the Gibson Showroom (formerly legendary recording studio The Hit Factory) in NYC in 2014.
It was nice being able to walk to our rehearsals in Hell’s Kitchen from where I was staying on the Upper East Side.

I recently found this in my mom’s stuff and had no idea she’d met Mike (McGear) McCartney (I wonder if there’s something I should know.)
If you haven’t heard Mike’s 1974 album “McGear,” I recommend it. It sounds a bit like Roxy Music meets Wings.

With former Beach Boy Blondie Chaplin at the Brian Wilson concert six years ago at The Greek Theatre.
Blondie and I reminisced about our dear departed friend Nick Walusko and it was really nice when Blondie later dedicated "Feel Flows" to Nick during the show.

Clem Burke and I recorded the basic track for “Is It True” with Carla Olson singing a guide vocal one year ago today.
Clem wasn’t feeling well but still showed up and nailed the track on the first take.
This would end up being the last time I would see him.
