True story: I was at a Michelin rated hotel in the south of France and, as it was spring, asparagus was the thing - so at dinner that night I decided to try the White Asparagus- but, no, because someone had swiped the delivery during the early hours of the morning

But even I would fire him in the morning- this team needs a collective kick up the pants and I do not believe he is the guy to deliver it

To be fair … I suspect the conversation went something like “If we buy xxx for yyy millions can you fit him into the team?” - and he shrugged and said “sure”. You can’t buy success (or continued success))
