Always interested, absorbed, amused. Marvelling at beauty around us. Intrigued by the complexities of life. Striving for legacies to give back and leave no trace.
Reported frustration with feelings of emasculated and blame being placed squarely on women working in powerful, influential arenas due to their success intellectually, academically or through enterprise.

Grossly insensitive to a country that was enslaved in 1653 by 'white' colonialists & latterly lived under apartheid. The repatriation of S.A. peoples has been a much kinder, legal process than treatment THEY received at hands of white races.

Biting his lip not to remind Trump that S.A. lived under apartheid by invading Caucasian peoples who enslaved them in 1653. Freeing themselves from colonialists has been a much kinder process. Violence left scars & some angry people in S.A.

Whilst moorland habitats important, our existential threats Climate Change- drought, wildfires, flooding need tackling urgently, planting native trees keeps ground cooler & moist, acting as firebreaks, absorb flashy rainfall & are natural carbon sinks.

Women mostly are looking for someone who is a respectful and loving partner. From that everlasting union and children. Too many men want sex from get go. Also rather specific acts for pleasure. That is not respectful. No wonder women can't find a partner.

UK grass is predominantly non native (to feed non native dairy cows/increase milk yields), but they outcompeted our delicate native grasses that UK invertebrates evolved to breed & survive. One can buy these beautiful delicate grass, like Bent.

When growing meadow plants in fields/gardens/tubs, they need *poor* nutrition well drained soil (add sand and grit), don't let plants rot in at end of season. Important to add Yellow Rattle plant that stops grasses taking root & dominating 🧵

There is a consensus that we take too much honey, putting further pressure on them to find pollen, which can be hard to find. Old fashioned bee hives (per Winnie the Pooh) where honey stores are protected and not removed for human consumption. Their winter stores!

May have been resting. Bees rest periodically. Preferring warm area if they are needing to warm up. Sometimes thirsty. Offer shallow plate of rain water with lip fir them to sit on. Note, never offer honey, take to pollen/flower or sugary water.

So glad you posted this.
So many think having honey bees to help bees!
It's my understanding (expect correction) that honey bees put pressure on our many native bees. I've suggested growing a variety of native wild flowers (including what ppl call weeds).
