For a long time, I thought that having different lengths for recordings in Loop One: Done was just an unnecessary complexity, but it really unlocked something in the game. Now your simulations are much more exact, and it's easier to calculate your production. The new recorder is out in v0.15.0 now!

Yesterday I tried the Meta Ray-Ban Display and the neural wristband. And I was mostly impressed by the wristband. It’s super accurate, and I really hope they add support for the Quest headsets. 🧵

This demo was definitely the most impressive at Meta Connect. Using the neural wristband to write just by scribbling on a random surface is such a useful input.

A new update of Loop One Done is out now, with new conveyor belts with sides, a cute but practical start menu, and a lot of other improvements.

Here are some process images of the new menu. I started on paper, then Gravity Sketch, and lastly Blender + Unity.

I put way to much work into this splashscreen that shows like 3s before my MR game starts on the Quest 3 😅. But it was fun to make a little diorama. Next up is making a new awaited build for my testers.

Here’s a bonus side view clip that I probably will use as an establishment scene to the section. The Quest 3s headset on my head here is just a prop, but the game runs really well on it.

The entire photo session took around 4h (while I did my laundry), and I made use of random things to make the shots. Been experimenting with LIV for mixed reality shoots, but requires a large setup to work good, so this had to do for this shoot 😅.
