Had a similar issue with a Kaweco sport a couple of years ago, and solved it “carving” a bit the feed (saw someone doing it on YouTube…). But can’t find someone who tried to do something similar on the Lamy.

Had the same problem with a M nib. Have to disassemble the nib every now and then, and it always feels dry. It really gets some “gunk” on it. Maybe it’s the ink? (Been using both cartridge and bottled black ink from Lamy).

Also note that the feeder is made up of a large body and a small plastic tongue. Disassemble it to clean any dry ink that may be deposited there. I also carved it very lightly using a x-acto knife. Probably this wasn’t really needed but my Lamy Safari was dry for some months now…
