In our experience we have found that preparation is as crucial as integration, actually probably more important. The more clarity, awareness and emotional tools you have, you will self-direct the process. Then integration becomes a natural part of how we continuously evolve.

I agree... But I believe the state you enter, the preparation on a physical/emotional level is crucial to the potential of a person's transformation. At least this is our experience thus far 🙏😀🙏
