It's this a fake account or satire? It's complete BS. Trump didn't care about Ukraine during his first term and during his second term, thoussands of Ukrainians died while he wasted time trusting Putin.

The russian war against Ukraine is no surprise to anyone anymore. If the U.S. cannot even help Ukraine and Israel at the same time, that shows either a lack of willingness or poor production capability.

Not a single mentioning of PBMs… They drive prices up as the drugs they choose are based on the discounts offered. So Pharma puts the price higher, to give bigger discounts, but those without insurance are left with the inflated price.

Why it’s a bad thing? 😳 Because how will he do it? How does it address the root cause of high prices? Prices are high because PBMs demand discounts and also have to make money. Other countries do not have PBMs. Trump doesn’t mention them. How can anyone think they can just decrease prices with 80%?

russia called a ceasefire and Ukraine kept it. Now Ukraine and partners have called a 30 days ceasefire. If russia doesn't keep it, they send the signal to Trump that they don't want peace. Western partners and USA are preparing grave santions if this happens.
