My wife is a more experienced rafter than me, but she let me row the raft through a class 3 last Sunday. She gave me guidance by sitting in front of me and moving her hands like she had air oars. We made it through and someone yelled “Ratatouille!”, followed by “Raftatouille!” Witty crew, eh?
