Even though people are being systematically excluded via shadow word bans/cancellation of program announcements, I still see/hear of folks getting things through to review and want to support them by reviewing. But interested if my approach differs from general consensus.

My take is yes. Participating is ok. The study sections I've heard of in recent months seem to be run well. NIH folks seem to be doing their best in the face of all this. What the admin allows to get to study section/what they do with recs after is up in the air, but we need good reviewers.
