Submitted a script for the BBC Writers Room Open Call. Been a very tough time since finishing my Masters and graduating, but this feels like a step toward something even if i get nowhere! Really proud of this script at the very least :)

I find the WTA's statement supporting Iga also a little odd! They wouldn't be doing this for a random top 100 player. The WTA has a lot to lose with her- top players are the product- but there needs to be some level of neutrality. Think this support comes from the breakdown in trust for the ITIA...

Aryna Sabalenka back at world number 1...thanks to an arbitrary rule that docked points from both her and Swiatek for not playing enough 500 events. Just very frustrating that it should switch hands on a random week rather than because of actual tennis results causing it to change.
