This is so stupid. Just retcon that the “double-o” moniker is not an individual, but a work serial number that identifies a specific job slot. Whoever is in that slot is “007”. So of course there can be a new Bond, it’s just not Daniel Craig. Which happens ALL THE TIME in the history of the series 🤦♂️

The day before every trial I’ve ever done, and probably will ever do, I buy the ceremonial bottle of “trial Pepto.” Often I go through a second bottle before the end 😂 And I never sleep well or long during trial prep or trial. Oddly, it’s one of the things I love about the work.

You bet. Good luck! Have fun. It can be a bit nervy, but you are not alone. We all pretty much still get nervous, even after 20 years 😂 Trust your prep, enjoy yourself, look forward to the process and learning. Some very fine attorneys came from Cornell, no reason you can’t be another ✊

I have lots of advice, being a trial atty and having taught trial ad classes 😂 Far too much for this space. I’m sure your course has prepped you well. Maybe one thing I’d say is don’t oversell your case. Jurors are smart. Focus on directing them, not lecturing them. They’re suckers for narrative.

I still tell stories of my jury duty experience in Chicago and that was just a stupid slip-and-fall case. These jurors are going to be holding down some bar conversations for the rest of their lives! 😂

I’m interested in your leaving CMC off the RB chart. Is it because he’s being used more as an offensive weapon than pure RB? I mean, he’s ahead of both Taylor and Cook in all purpose yards and more TDs than Cook.
