Centrist Nan and middle-class woman of a certain age.
I got 93 - mainly because I introduced my 2 yo grandson to Nellie the Elephant, The Ugly Bug Ball and Danny Kaye singing The Ugly Duckling.

I was 12 in ‘74, and it was grim. Routinely whistled at by men, whilst going to school. A friend was groped by her neighbour, when he gave her a lift. She was also told engineering wasn’t a girl’s job by a careers advisor, and I was warned off law because I’d have to read a lot of ‘big books’.

It is, after all, a local pod, for local people

Boris Johnson looked like he’d been dragged through a hedge backwards. No comment about him, I see … Certainly scruffier than Foot or Corbyn ever were 🤷🏻‍♀️

Any chance that this is the billionaire with poor taste equivalent of post-its around the house, so someone with dementia knows where things are?

Always leaves me baffled that they persevere. Has anyone being shouted at ever stopped and answered the question?

I’m currently listening to a podcast about the Salem Witch trials, hosted by … David Olusoga 😱 Wonder if he came up with that topic before or after he filmed Celebrity Traitors 🤨

Keep seeing you pop up on repeats of Nigella’s “At My Table” and wonder if you had even considered then that you’d devote so much time and passion to your Podyssey odyssey. I’m very grateful that you did 🙏🏼

Whenever she speaks, I just hear Radio 4 Dead Ringers description of her as a “low energy weirdo.”

They look delicious but I think you’ll find that’s now pronounced Aberbaijani …

But her emails!

Today’s highlight was Kenny’s “It's as if the Titanic was a submarine when it was launched” comment, in relation to our desensitisation to Trump’s cognitive decline. Listening makes preparing veg for Sunday lunch so much more bearable.

I got a brilliant one last week, allegedly regarding an unpaid Penalty Charge Notice. The link I was asked to click on had 🎪circus emojis🎪 at either end. I assumed it was sent by 🤡 🤡

Thanks for another excellent Sunday School. Just listened, and it struck me that Podyssey always fires up emotions of rage or love or wonder, so breezes through Kenny’s art test 🎭

Thanks Brian! How are you? X

Well worth the wait! Thank you, Alex, yet again you have created something utterly engaging and accessible. And the music! 🧑🏻‍🍳😘

Possibly the only acceptable use of AI in a creative context. Replace GW with a sausage roll, whenever he appears on screen, can’t be that hard 🤷🏻‍♀️ Or, better still, a middle-class women of a certain age 🙋🏻‍♀️

Badenoch really showed her cruel streak today. At least Stephen Flynn had the grace to say, “Seeing another person in distress is always very difficult, and we are wishing her well."

Should have realised it was you a lot sooner than I did 🤦🏻‍♀️🏁

I listened this morning and, having never seen it before, decided to spend the afternoon watching on Netflix. Incredible film and what a coup to get Jean Simmons and Lauren Bacall as voice actors. Can’t wait to watch it again 😊

And you’re credited for it. I’ve only just noticed 🤦🏻‍♀️ Feel like I’ve just committed the podcast equivalent of teaching my granny to suck eggs! No offence 😂
