We had a great time. Great spot. Opening act BIG SURPRISE was excellent. Gracie really liked them. I got a Carter USM vibe off of them. PSB did not disappoint. They are my favorite band of this century. One of the best concerts ever. I was up 21 hours by the time I got home. @psbhq.bsky.social

Happy Veterans Day, Armistice Day - UK, and Remembrance Day in Australia. Enlisting into the US Army remains the pivotal decision of my life. Tish, the kids, my civilian career, my faith, all came from that one somewhat impulsive decision. Bless all who honorably served.

My first Battalion Ball since I retired. I was awarded the Bronze de Fleury Medal, the Engineer Regiment award that wr give ourselves. By Engineers for Engineers. Saw some old friends, people I deployed and served with. Always a great time. Totally worth the long drive and the haircut.

38 years ago, I enlisted in the United States Army and the California Army National Guard. I had no plan to stay in for as long as I did, but I served for 36 years, and I would do it again in a heartbeat. Tinnitus, back, and leg pain are a small price to pay. ❤️ to my brothers and sisters. ESSAYONS!
