🇮🇸 Day 3 in Iceland: Part 2 🇮🇸

After exploring museums, the streets, and shops of Reykjavik, I went back to my hostel to rest for a little bit before going on my night tour through Viator. I was going to see the Northern Lights!

This is a very hit or miss thing. Nonetheless, it was beautiful!

🇮🇸 Solo Trip to Iceland: Day 2 🇮🇸

Day 2 in Iceland was dedicated to the South Coast Classic Full-Day Tour.

The tour took us from Reykjavík to Seljalandsfoss, Reynisfjara Beach (black sand beach), Skógafoss, and other locations.

Minus driving through a snowstorm, this was a beautiful tour!

After the Ben & Jerry’s Factory tour, we drove about 12 minutes to Stowe, VT. This is a cute little town in northern Vermont to visit. Now, since I went in early November, the fall foliage wasn’t at its peak. But it’s still a beautiful little town to walk through, have dinner, and a hot chocolate.

Visiting Ben & Jerry’s Factory for a tour is a must when visiting Vermont (this is where they first started).

It was fun learning how their flavors are made and trying the new flavor! (Yes, I’m really that short lol 🫣)

🇮🇸 Solo Trip to Iceland: Day 1 🇮🇸

Day one started off with an evening flight from Baltimore Keflavik. I bought a bus ticket to Reykjavík, waited a LONG time for places to open up for breakfast. I had breakfast at Grai Kotturinn, walked around Reykjavík, then had dinner at the Hard Rock Cafe.

Just like that, I’m back! I had a wonderful time with my boyfriend and I wish we could’ve stayed even longer.

There’s always next time! It’s time to get back to reality and hit the grind

I had an amazing day yesterday! I took my little brother and sister to the Duffy Statue in Times Square to see a FREE event. It was a celebration of Broadway and all the musicals they've held over the decades.

My sister is a huge theater fan, so it warmed my heart to see her so excited about this!

Day 4 of my Solo Las Vegas Trip:

This was a very chill day. I went to breakfast at Hash a Go Go at the Linx Resort, had Thai St. Cafe for lunch, and just relaxed in my resort for most of the day.

I met up with a fellow solo traveler later that night, then went back to my resort. Pretty chill, huh?

Happy Monday!

Had a lovely weekend visiting my family in New York and attending the Festival of Santa Rosalia in Brooklyn.

I used to go to this festival with my family every year when I was younger. I haven’t been since 2005 or 2006, so it’s been a while. So happy I was able to make it this year.

I’m sorry but I can’t get over these pics! I LOVED the landscape at sunset. But I’m also so proud of myself for taking these pics in manual mode on my camera.

My work is paying off and I’d love more opportunities to take pics and videos at sunset.

Though my Valley of Fire and Red Rock Canyon morning tour was rescheduled, I’m happy I went on the VOF sunset tour.

The colors and landscape are unreal! I have to pull more pics from my camera, because my phone doesn’t do it justice ❤️

Sunday was my Horseshoe Bend and Antelope Canyon Tour. We drove from Nevada to Utah (just for the views), then to Arizona for the tour.

Words cannot describe how beautiful Horseshoe Bend & Antelope Canyon X is.

When your original flight was scheduled to leave at 7:15am but was delayed until 9pm that same night!

Your girl had to cancel her frontier flight and book one with southwest so I could get to Las Vegas on time!

Thankful I found a flight that same day for Vegas and was able to make it!

The beginning of my solo trip to Las Vegas was a bit rough.

I arrived late in Vegas on Saturday and didn’t do much. So, here are pics from my first day tour!: Horseshoe Bend (I went to Antelope canyon too but that’s for another post).

It’s unreal how beautiful the landscape is ❤️

Sangria Fest 2025
📍SteelStacks - Bethlehem, PA

It was very hot and humid but it was a lovely time! Trying different flavored sangrias with my best friend, catching up, and enjoying each other’s company.

Plus, do you see the SteelStacks? Such a cool historic part of Bethlehem.

📍Pulpit Rock & Pinnacle Loop Trail

This 9.4 mile loop is a moderate challenge but definitely doable.

And the views? Worth it!

Just a little sneak peak at the new and improved blog.

Still working out the kinks but the staff at @lyricalhost have been amazing and super helpful with setting up my blog the way I envisioned it.

🤞🏾by the end of the week, the blog will be LIVE again!

This is your sign, your motivation to travel (if you’re able to).

You’ll never see beautiful places and new horizons until you go!

Haven’t worked on my blog in a hot minute. Affiliate links, none of that stuff, in a long time. And it’s still not where I want it to be.

But it’s cool to see things like this from time to time, when I actually check my account lol.

I’ve never been a sticker person. But I bought some cute travel stickers from Etsy and have placed them on my money binder organizers.

It’s a cute little reminder as to why I continue to work extra hrs at work. Plus it makes my binders look cute too ☺️

I know these have been around for a hot minute but I never really paid them any attention.

I return from London, where I drank a few of these, and now I’m out here buying them to keep in my house 😂
