Why would it be necessary to give a property owned by the municipality an ANR? They aren't bound by any zoning. They can just change it. Are they going to sell it? Was the public purpose of eminent domain to play the real estate market w taxpayers money? 3 acres of wetlands and mold. Did they know?

Yes. The place took a deep dive right after Edens purchased it. That is when Main Street closed, Jordan's left. Raised rents. Invested in the parking lot. Loss of Msin Street was a blow from which they still haven't recovered.

I also liked and supported Fulop a lot, but female friends felt compelled to confess they voted for Mikie in the primary. I didn't need to know but came to think it was residual Kamala support. A woman. A Dem. Not a white male.

If we want Vision Zero to be successful, can't we find something comparable to see what we can learn? Traffic seems heavier and drivers more aggressive, running yellow and reds. 1 thing Hoboken does is use cops for traffic. A concept!

Do you think Hoboken is an apt comparison? "Mile Square City?" Is pop the right metric? Even tho it is prob closer to 2 square mi, Princeton is 18 sq.mi. We have 1 grocery store.
