I'm a guy btw. I just really liked this particular picture I found online like 10 years ago.
I enjoy reading, video games, anime, sleeping and eating yummy food. I'd like to complete a creative venture someday
Oh man they look awesome

You're absolutely right

Pendragon, Hatchet and Magic Tree House were great

I love the art style. It reminds me of Pizza Tower or one of those 90s Nickelodeon cartoons

This show is incredible. It's one of the few shows that are infinitely rewatchable.

You're going to love the next few expansions. They're some of my favourites.

Start with the Sky games. I've been meaning to get through them myself but new games keep coming out and I get sidetracked

I had no idea you could craft those kinds of items in the game lol. I thought the weapons were always drops from boss battles or that kind of thing. I really should finish Dawntrail.

I've seen people write entire novels during the month of November for Nanowrimo so if they do that more than once a year, it's easy to hit the eighty novel mark

Wow, that's such a cool way to meet your partner. I wish more people in my area read. I met my first girlfriend because of fantasy books on a message board over a decade ago. Here's the youtube link for the video essay if you want to check it out later: www.youtube.com/watch?v=6zrE...

I do! There's even a great video essay about them on Youtube that's like 3-4 hours long.

Yeah it's like 2-3 dollars a month so super affordable. Good luck with the job hunt!

Thanks lol, I tried going anime only for OP but it would have taken longer so I opted for the manga which is really cool with the fan letters at the end of each chapter. I'm reading it digitally via the Shonen Jump app. I also have the Viz app and the monthly subs are super cheap (tons of manga).

I've seen all the anime except part 6 (I remember starting to watch it and then I stopped because life got busy) but I will get back to it after reading part 6. Part 5 was great too. The villains were cool

Part 4 was the one where I really got into the manga with. I also really liked part 1. I'm reading part 6 at the moment and really excited for parts 7 and 8 (and 9) once I get there (but I found out about One Piece so I'm trying to read a billion things at once)

There's a tokusatsu called Garo which combines darker horror themes and legends with a sort of Power Rangers esque combat. I highly recommend it. But if you like horror and anime, I recommend Higurashi, Yamishibai, and Warau Salesman
October 27, 2024 at 2:46 AM
Don't be afraid to ask! I love answering questions. Tokusatsu is a genre of live action television and film using practical sfx. So like, Godzilla, Gamera and those old monster movies with the guy in a rubber suit walking around and destroying a city, or Power Rangers or Ultraman are all examples.

I agree, it's all art and landscapes and food and books and no negativity here on my end.
October 27, 2024 at 1:40 AM
Oh, I see. That's a different problem entirely and one that lays with them and not you as a creator. Hatewatchers come with the territory and they'll try to bring you down. You can increase moderation and ban them when you see them and not acknowledge their activity at all. They'll get bored soon.

Don't stream out of a desire to become famous or well known. Do it because you enjoy the content you're engaging in. I watch a ton of streamers who only get less than 100 viewers but they're responsive and the conversations between chat and them keep things fun. Just have a good time while streaming

UFO 50 is fantastic. 100% worth it (and if you're into retro handhelds, you could buy it on Steam and then play it via portmaster as well)

If you enjoy British comedy, check out Peep Show or Would I Lie to You. I also recommend Antiques Roadshow as a comfy tv show. For games, I'd suggest Final Fantasy Tactics, Slay the Spire or some form of Roguelike or RPG with grinding or evolving gameplay. A Pokemon game or hack works too.
