Yeah,I highly recommend watching Jason's AP (I always do this before starting my game), even just one or two episodes can quickly help you grasp the atmosphere and key points.

Yes, and I think epub might be more friendly to people with visual impairments. As far as I know, there should be more TTS services that can be used for epub rather than PDF. Of course, this is definitely an additional cost, but still looking forward to see TTRPGs can consider it.

Yes, I think the text version is obviously more readable on different devices, although this may mean that some special typography will disappear, but I think epub is obviously a good supplementary format for most TRPG works. (For example, for my small-screen computer:D
