Not impossible, just a bit unlikely.
Trump can't take charge of a minor emergency in his own office, yet people still trust him to take charge of a country?

Teaching the Tiny Anarchist to cook. So far, there has been a reassuring lack of blood, burns, or trips to hospital.

I opened a book and in I strode
Now nobody can find me
I’ve left my chair, my house, my road,
My town and my world behind me.

I’m wearing the cloak, I’ve slipped on the ring,
I’ve swallowed the magic potion.
I’ve fought with a dragon, dined with a king
And dived in a bottomless ocean.

Victory is mine, victory is mine. Great day in the morning, people, victory is mine."

Bradley Whitford will be getting a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame. Someone bring this man the finest muffins and bagels in all the land.

May I also recommend How to Argue with a Rascist by Adam Rutherford as a particularly pertinent read right now.

"No one will forget that I was the first ship in St Helier flying the White Ensign for five years and the following days the whole place went crazy & I have never had so much entertaining in my life."

We will never forget.

"It was decided we should enter the harbour in a small launch. The surrender had just been accepted & at least fifteen thousand people on the jetties mobbed us when we came ashore.
The police were completely helpless but we eventually after an hour got to...our future headquarters."

In the Jersey Heritage Archive Collections there is a letter to his wife Winifred about the scenes he experienced that day.
"We have had our fill of excitement and all of us have had an experience we shall never forget."

Today is Liberation Day, when Channel Islanders celebrate the Islands being freed after 5 years of Nazi Occupation. This is Naval Lieutenant Charles Sanders. He was in charge of the first vessel of the Liberating Forces to enter St Helier Harbour on May 9th...

Posts saying it's probably just a joke.

If it's a joke, at least acknowledge it is in very poor taste.

If it's a joke, ask if this is the type of humour you expect from a president who attended the Pope's funeral only days ago?

Ask why people keep using the word "probably".

I think I remember Jack Black saying this in the Minecraft movie...

Seriously though, I just sat my 10 year old down to play this game to demonstrate why she should never just use Google as a source.

First they came for the Communists
And I did not speak out
Because I was not a Communist
Then they came for the Socialists
And I did not speak out
Because I was not a Socialist...

If Putin decides Russia wants Alaska back and sends in his troops? Would that be the fault of the USA? Would they immediately hand over vast amounts of the country rather than defend their own citizens? Let's hope Trump's stance on Ukraine isn't giving Putin ideas.
