It's funny how many people are sweeping for Tate with the whole 'He got in the ring' schtick.
Like.. yeah.. he's a professional fighter, and when you're a professional fighter you lose your access to the 'you tried' rosette. You perform or you dont and if you dont you get critique. That's the deal.

My hope is if he continues after he's been humbled he'll focus less on grandstanding and shit talking.

First physique progress update i've done in a while. Down from 242lb to 224lb, lean mass retention has been good. If I can get down a few more % bf i'll be in a good place for next year :)
