In Portland at the moment visiting my aunt. Folks are about all the usual city business in crazy beautiful weather; cafes, parks, jobs, happy dogs, etc. Traffic on I-84 really sucks and some people are speaking Spanish, so that must be the emergency requiring military occupation.
