How do you have time to live then? I’m also laughing because A living wage should mean that you earn enough to support yourself/ family. You shouldn’t have to do extra for that. I stated my job as I do work long hours and have made sacrifices to family life. I dream of only working 40 hours a week!

I’m glad to hear you recognise their skills and reward your employees. I’m not sure why you have to make sacrifices to earn good pay, doing a good job within your work hours is enough. I am a teacher, working way over any contracted hours, I suppose that counts?
