Went back and got a picture. There were also wasabi flavored chips with Jinu on the packaging, so I guess Saja is attached to spicy flavors. Well played.

I’ve seen people online use the “XYZ” method, but I don’t seem to be using it right.

It's bangers after bangers. This part in particular is what taught me how to appreciate reading. The three things missing:
1) "Quality, texture of Info"
2) "Leisure to digest" "Time to think"
3) "The right. to carryout actions based on what we learn from the interactions of the first two"
