friends ask me what it’s like to be living with Bipolar Disorder, most days are good, but when mania sets in, things emotionally become challenging, mood swings etc. As an intervention on my mental health, I practice meditation & mindfulness, stay away from high risk behaviors. Today I’m resting 🙏

Today, I’m feeling very stable. It’s -7 degrees in st.paul. This will be the high temperature today. On a side note, I’m not on any medication for my Bipolar disorder. I’m medication intolerant, Meds make me feel like a zombie. I know that medication helps a lot of people who suffer, just the facts.
