Our three resident Ospreys (1 Male, 2 Females) were last visually recorded at our nest site location on late Tuesday afternoon (02/09/2025) … The installation of our third nesting platform within the location can now proceed during their absence. 2026 could well be a first historic breeding year.

We’ve had many highs and lows at our nest sight this year. Unfortunately there is no breeding success to report. Our disappearing female “May” suddenly reappeared ten days ago.

Unfortunately ‘our’ female Osprey ‘May’ was last seen at our site on 8th April 2025. However, our male Osprey ‘Neo’ has a new un-ringed female who arrived on 17th April 2025

Six individual migratory Ospreys observed and recorded from our (Osprey/Fischadler) Nest Site during the past 48 hrs. Three individuals early this morning 6/4/25. Neo + May looking splendid.
