My across the hall neighbor has an adorable dog, and I’ve seen them many times and just said hi, but I let them into the building this morning and asked their names. The dog is named Matisse. I could cry, he’s so cute.

Someone needs to report the growing trend of sold-out/limited tickets left events full of empty seats because resellers are price gouging. The U.S. Open’s biggest stadium isn’t full for one of the best men’s players!
