I remember MG Rogers. He spoke to the UCLA Army ROTC cadets in our dayroom in 1976. He was the deputy chief of staff for ROTC at the time.

Schumer and nine other Senate Democrats voted to advance the bill. The majority of Democrats--37--voted no. Schumer is out of step with his colleagues and should step down. New Democratic leadership is required, and it should in no way include Schumer or the other nine.

I’m disgusted with Schumer. He talked a big game up to yesterday afternoon but when Johnson called his bluff, Schumer folded. Probably because after 6 weeks he still had no new idea of how to argue the cause. He should step down and give the job to someone that can lead.
