In most respects I love living in Europe. But every now and then I get petty. Like right now. Why can’t an advanced continent like Europe figure out how to make paper towel and aluminum foil that don’t shred the moment I touch (or even look at) them?

Just a quick note to express my gratitude for my new acquaintances here. I avoided Twitter because I thought it impossible to express a nuanced thought in so few words. Reading what many of you have written shows how wrong I was.
