I like too many things to mention. History, beer, cricket, rugby, make models badly, play golf even worse. Sometimes ride on two wheels sometimes with an engine sometimes without. Don't take things I say seriously
To be fair Donald Plesence served in second world war and was a real PoW so I'd be happy with that reality

Surely if it were Pelhams lane we'd see trinity church in the background?

Looked again definitely earlier!

Would that be bank passage? Not sure of the year though. Best guess would be 1950 but possibly much earlier

As I get older I have the same thoughts just mixed in with thoughts of oh f*CK it and does it matter I'll die anyway. Which is clearly my brain trying to work out if it's 20 or 60

Yes I've heard there's groups where people just troll members for their "poor" modelling skills, without being any good themselves.
Not for me!

Me neither. And I've never felt like I've missed out on something

This was the first diorama I've made without just putting the model on a grass /mud base. Really enjoyed making it.

Yes great kit and it's good in a diorama

No I'm sure it wasn't. Something I thankfully didn't experience. But we seem to be becoming less tolerant all the same even here. But don't worry I'll still follow you! 😀

I'm looking to change who I follow on here. I like people having different opinions. It widens my views. But many -even some I agree with want to argue over aggressively to punish those who disagree

I used an electric mitre saw. Just chuck the wood in and clean cut in seconds. Found it easiest on the ground rather than a bench. Cut a "master" length use that to mark others of same length
