I alone trapped and killed at least 8 and all my neighbors were also dealing with it. A professional exterminator ended up getting involved. It was definitely a situation where I thought maybe we should just burn the block down.

I had one experience with rats and it was horrific. A large very old tree had died in a neighbors yard. They got it removed. What no one knew was that it was also a huge rat colony. We never had issues with rats while the tree was up but in the couple weeks after the cut it down

My block was supposed to be the first day on Dec. 2nd. Lots of people put trash out but it never got picked up so it just sat until our normal pick-up on Thurs. Also many people put out recycling which wasn't included and left it all week which was disappointing. Hoping for better in week two!

That is the perfect location for a building like this. So many of those tenants won’t even have cars. That is a great walkable neighborhood with good transportation access. And South Philly Taproom as your neighbor. Win win.
