Consecutive days running have become unusual for me but repeated yesterday’s Garmin Coach session, ran a bit further and a little faster no pain in my foot although some aching before the ice foot bath kicked in! Feeling fitter, running stronger. Next run Wednesday hopefully
Good session this morning tried to increase my running pace and less walks feeling fitter foot seems to be ok. Enjoying this coach plan and sticking to it like glue. Gave out two good mornings with total absence of replies. What is wrong with people 😳
