In just 20 or so minutes the mud and debris is almost to the top of these K Rails at Loma Alta and Skyview in #Altadena in #EatonFire burn scar. This was just a trickle 20 min ago. #LARain

The last full moon of 2024 is a "Major Lunar Standstill" which only happens once every 18.6 years. This means the moon rises in the its furthest northern position on the horizon and will set in its furthest southern position. Next time this will happen is in 2043.
