But I realize that the myeloma journey is going to be a continuous series of setbacks, so this is my opportunity to learn how to better process and manage them as they come. I’m learning a lot about that from the experience and inspiration of other patients. ✌️

This is minor, especially in comparison to what I see others dealing with. But it’s still frustrating. My recent test numbers were discouraging as well, after a few months of very promising results. So the combination has got me down a bit.

It’s working great at reducing the bad stuff in my blood, but unfortunately also the good stuff. Red blood cells & immunoglobulins are low. That means I need to mask up more often, so please don’t be one of those people triggered into confrontation. Let’s be kind and considerate to one another. ✌️
