This isn't to say Minecraft is worse now. It's just a different game overall. There's always mods to make structures rarer, mobs more uncommon, the world more oppressive and weighty. But vanilla Minecraft will never be what once was again. And that's okay. We just have to cherish those memories.

There's simply too much stuff everywhere. Villages and lootable structures are easily and commonly found. You often get a handful of iron tools before you mine a single stone block. This isn't necessarily bad, but the "survival" aspect of Minecraft suffers for it.

Embrace bizarre media. Love the weird, unhinged and peculiar things in life. The world is inherently more interesting for them.

Just because a manga (or any media, really) features bizarre situations and characters, doesn't mean it's bizarre to consume and enjoy it. Anyone who says otherwise is probably trying to force their own view of what's normal/abnormal on you and shouldn't be listened to.
