There's a man I sometimes encounter on bike rides who plays a saxophone on his own on an otherwise deserted bit of post industrial waste ground. It seems like a trap though, so I never stop.

If it had been me running the Deadline thing, I think I'd have just changed it to "and some super secret stories by X and X which only backers will find out about" and then there'd be no danger of the KS getting pulled. There's no way the guy has a legal leg to stand on.
