How’s that tinfoil hat?

Not born in NY then?
Have you taken your fight for independence to PR? Oh, you live and work in Texas. Your island you won’t live on.
November 7, 2025 at 4:16 PM
The money is in the hands of the local government.
November 7, 2025 at 4:14 PM
Oh. NY born? You’re a NYer. If I’m reading correctly, you were not born in Puerto Rico. It is not in fact your island then. Heritage, yes.
November 7, 2025 at 4:10 PM
You’re a joke. Read your own article. The US allocated $billions to PR. Did you read it? You’re either a liar or willfully ignorant.
November 7, 2025 at 4:07 PM
You mean from your article $billions given to the PR government to replace failed infrastructure and most of it unspent. Where’s the money? Why isn’t work being done? Projects have readily available funds.
November 7, 2025 at 4:03 PM
Why are you so pressed about MY politics? Fix your own state.
November 7, 2025 at 3:59 PM
Bwahahahaha… land lines to satellite uplinks or landlines to the US don’t need local power.
Keep reaching.
November 7, 2025 at 3:24 PM
How is it?
November 7, 2025 at 3:22 PM
There’s amazing things called generators. You know government buildings and large businesses have them to literally power an entire building.
Technology.
My building during the 2003 blackout was fully functioning.
Your excuses are sad.
November 7, 2025 at 3:22 PM
You mean that nyc now has an inexperienced unaccomplished silver spoon TikTok star as mayor?
He’s DeBlasio 2.0. And his sucker voters don’t even know most of what he wants to do, the mayor of NYC can’t.
Mamdani voters are like MAGA voters. Low information.
November 7, 2025 at 3:20 PM
Nah. Facts. Sorry.
November 7, 2025 at 3:18 PM
Why not Newark? Or Minneapolis?
Why Hawaii?
Funny how these important conferences take place in sunny and warm locations.
November 7, 2025 at 3:17 PM
I don’t want politicians going there either.
Sorry.
November 7, 2025 at 3:16 PM
Do it by zoom.
Unless agreements are being signed, an in-person visit is unnecessary. There’s enough to do in NY.
Hell, Mamdani didn’t show up for half the assembly sessions/votes he gets paid for.
November 7, 2025 at 3:16 PM
You’re full of excuses. A bias for sure.
November 7, 2025 at 3:14 PM
Governmental business. You’re almost there. And we do have representatives that are already in DC.
The drinking and dancing on a taxpayer funded beach vacation isn’t governmental business.
Thanks for playing .
November 7, 2025 at 3:13 PM
Zoom call. Technology.
Pretty simple.
November 7, 2025 at 3:11 PM
My props up red welfare states.
The federal government is responsible for its possessions, no NY.
And if NY politicians are ignorant of the issues and need to travel and have drinks on the beach, they should find a new job.
November 7, 2025 at 3:10 PM
He’s going as an assemblyman. You have no idea, do you?
November 7, 2025 at 2:57 PM
And none of them are NY. Understand?
November 7, 2025 at 2:55 PM
I’d rather NY politicians not go on taxpayer funded junkets to Israel, Ireland, Japan, or anywhere.
Thanks though.
November 7, 2025 at 2:54 PM
It can be a zoom call.
And I’d rather not politicians on taxpayer dime go to Israel, Ireland, Japan, wherever.
The point is, Mamdani said he could connect with Jewish NYers here. So just apply that to anyone.
And NY is not under any obligation to prop up anyone. We already do with red states.
November 7, 2025 at 2:53 PM
It’s the leaving NYC to engage with NYers. You’re really trying hard to avoid that.
And I’m sure he’ll go next year too.
