What I enjoy about the holidays is when you can have conversations with what the kids are reading. My niece is an aspiring writer and shared what she is reading. It inspires me to learn more about different authors and audiences.

Today we’re celebrating our Friendsgiving in class, and I am so thankful to be in a space where I can help guide the leaders of tomorrow. I even got my first Thanksgiving flowers!

Today we were back at the Willing Warriors Retreat for their Thanksgiving celebration. We also had our interview with Vanessa and her mom. Last year Vanessa had a horrific accident and the doctors told her she would be in a coma the rest of her life. Now, she’s on the road to recovery!
