The time is past for all the rules and niceties that used to apply to former presidents and officials criticizing their successors. There will be nothing left to save by November 2026 if we don't get EVERYONE fully engaged in the battle to stop this headlong rush into authoritarianism.

WHERE are our leaders? Donnie and the Musk-boy are rampaging through our government, destroying the constitution and everything that once made America great. Apart from AOC, Bernie, Jamie Raskin, Elizabeth Warren, Tim Walz and a handful of others, there has been radio silence.

I keep hearing people say they'll are happy Musk is doing an "audit" of the government. What he's doing is no more an "audit" than stripping a car for parts is a "tune up"

Once upon a time, we had "pork barrel politics" where politicians got federal dollars spent on their home district. Now the pork is all headed to the White House and to any billionaires Donnie cares to share it with. The old way, bad as it was, somehow seems more equitable than what we have now.

The only reason to remove Inspectors General charged with rooting out fraud, waste, and abuse is that you want to DO fraud waste and abuse and not be detected
