I'm finding more and more right wing bots like this on my timeline. They post articles from right wing websites at a rate of almost 2 per minute.

Is this our future? What should be done?

I'm holidaying in Holland - my first trip. Delightful for cycling. Not seen a single pothole yet.

Can we build a few new towns on the pattern of Dutch towns?

Please attend this. It's time we stopped taxing Labour, and tax those who don't work, but live off rent.

The website MyIQ.com is a scam.

If you rush the intro screen and think you're agreeing to a £1 fee, you could end up paying £10 a week!

Like this person did.

SAF is taking away land for crops and is ultimately unsustainable. Airliners don't tell people this.

Swindon Borough Council plans for building on the rewilded Highworth Old Golf Course will concrete over the most treasured parts, leaving only the furthest part open to the public. It would be a 13 minute walk from the Town Square to the gate of the park. They vote tonight.

And in the Atlantic, sea temperatures are at a record 5C above average. Nothing to see here of course.

A lot goes into beef production so the costs are high. Correspondingly the carbon footprint is high too.

There isn't much oil left in the North Sea and it is already the most expensive to extract. This is fantasy and pure culture war stuff. This argument will come unstuck except a few idiots will believe anything.

@mrmarkethomas.bsky.social Hi Mark - Thanks for the enlightening meeting just now. On the matter of the Actuarial/climate predictions, the report is here: shorturl.at/giIGi. My concern is that scientists' predictions were accurate - as in Exxon's 1970s chart with my update. Does Rachel knows better?

I stooped to ask ChatGPT for Carbon Credit costs paid by airlines. The last 4 were before the most recent 2024 CORSIA regulations which were much tighter and restricted the supply of credits - so they may have incresed.

But CORSIA say these credits only add no more than 1% to the cost of flying.

I'm really sorry mate but I've changed my mind. Helping you doesn't align with American interests.
