This is Gus. He was 11 years old and passed yesterday. He was the best dog I’ve ever known. Happy. Smart. A beautiful soul. I will miss him terribly.

I was fortunate to actually see Pope Francis from a great distance in 2017. He inspired in me an indescribable feeling of reverence and holiness. The exuberant crowd was really something.
