To all the Aussies here, Australia Day is sacred to Australians apparently and they refuse to change the date even though our First Nations people want us to, this year January the 26th falls on a Sunday so the public holiday is been held on Monday the 27th, I can’t see the logic.

My darling bride purchased for me a new juicer ( I love baking) and I just juiced 12 lemons in no time flat, they were pulverised so not only do you get the juice but you get the zest as well. How good is that.
