Yeah being beautiful is truly what a graphics card cooling system is for, not to actually be effective. Imagine if this card draws 200 watts. It's gonna run hotter than the sun and be louder than it as well.

The worst part about USB thumb drives is they don't specify write endurance and mostly don't report writes in TBW. Which means if you've got an admittedly unreasonably heavy load for them, such as Proxmox boot device, which writes 30-50GB worth of data every single day, they'll just randomly die.

nope I don't trust transfer tools like this on Macs, pcs or smartphones. I've been screwed by this sort of things so many times and its just not too much hustle to set up as new anyway for me.

I got a 5090, a 5080 and a 5070 Ti all at MSRP (not NV pricing tho) from Micro Center in the past few months, so it's probably not that difficult? No idea about their availability in other countries tho.

I've been playing RE Remake this week. It holds up surprisingly well. I do wonder what the younger players who've only played RE Engine REs would think of the Remake, as a lot of people claim there's no need to remake RE1.

It's a bad joke then. Noise produced from using high ISO is visually speaking completely different from RT noise. One is grainy and mottling while the other is speckled. The noise reduction procedure for each is also fundamentally different. They are barely comparable other than both being "noise."

have you any idea what you're talking about? ray tracing has to be denoised simply because rays are not being traced at a high enough precision, not due to some camera emulation bs. also, dedicated cameras typically don't force noise reduction when shooting raw.
